At Outfigured, we are guided by and committed to one principle. To bring our customers comfortable underwear in inclusive sizes at affordable prices. We know the frustration and issues that many women have with buying underwear from many high street brands. Issues such as inaccurate sizing, poor quality and ill-fitting pieces that didn’t provide value for money.
As a UK family business, we work directly with our customers and our manufacturers to rigorously test all our products. No shortcuts are taken and all our items are custom made to ensure that we are bringing you the very best products we can. With a firm belief that our customers are our biggest ambassadors, we are determined at every stage to make your experience with us a great one.
Exchanges & Returns
Although we’re sure you will love your purchase, we know that sometimes you may wish to exchange or return an item. You can return any item within 28 days for a full refund or an exchange.
*Please note, items returned for a refund or an exchange need to be returned in the original condition with the tags still attached. If you wish to try the item on, please ensure that you are not wearing any cosmetics that may leave marks on scent the item. In some cases, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product has been returned to us in an unsellable condition.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept underwear that has been tried on.
How To Return or Exchange
Please contact us at support@outfigured.com to notify of us of a return. We will then look to start your return within 24 hours. Once your returned item has been received, we will send your exchanged item within 24 hours. Refunds will take 5-7 business days to clear into your bank account but may take longer to appear on bank or credit cars statements. Customers are responsible for the return costs unless the item you receive is incorrect, damaged or defective.
Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at support@outfigured.com and we will work to immediately provide a replacement. If you are returning a faulty or incorrect item, will pay for the cost for you to return this.
